Draft Plan Review
Thank you to everyone who submitted comments on the draft General Plan. We appreciate your thoughtful review. The Envision Committee will review the public comment received at their September 12th meeting and will recommend any changes to the General Plan. Following their review, an updated draft will be presented to the Planning Commission for consideration. The public will have the opportunity to comment on the updated General Plan at a Planning Commission Public Hearing on December 19, 2018.

This Draft General Plan is the result of extensive civic engagement, involving residents, business owners, developers and just about anyone with an interest in the future of Millcreek.
Comments will be collected at Venture Out! as well as online through August 24, 2018. That feedback will be taken into consideration as City staff revise the draft Plan for Planning Commission and City Council consideration. The Draft Plan is continuously being updated and formatted and new versions will be posted as they become available. Although the Draft Plan is currently in Microsoft Word, final formatting will look similar to the Executive Summary below.
